We are really pleased with our home inspection. The guys were amazing. We were out of town during the home inspection and we were able to do a video walk through and get great feedback on our new home. Not only do they tell you any issues or concerns the report details how often you should do maintenance, list of references if you should need to do any work and they are available for any questions while we get settled in our new home. We were extremely pleased with Inspection Works, and recommend them for anyone looking for a home inspection.

We arrived at the new property at the scheduled time, only to find out Inspection Works had already been there for some time and had already completed their inspection of the exterior of the home, and had set out lawn chairs and snacks?!?! for us to sit on (otherwise completely empty house) while we waited for them to do their thing. When they were done they took us on a thorough inspection tour, detailing all of their findings.

They had three inspectors (one doing training), and were extremely knowledgeable, answering all of our questions (first time home buyers) in detail and pointing out any issues, no matter how small. The format of the report they deliver to you is great as well. The booking process was extremely intuitive and we got in extremely quickly.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about them, but their perfect 5 star rating speaks for itself. Thank you so much Mitch, Christian, Kacey, and the rest of the Inspection Works team! We will be recommending you to everyone we know. - George
