Were able to fit me in when they already had a full agenda. I gave them short notice of my need of their services. Arrived ready to work and went to work straight away. Christian Starr-Horse came by to do an inspection at a condo I was purchasing, and he was both thorough and very friendly! He walked me through all of the different things he found (and did not find), and was very candid about the aspects he was not able or allowed to look at as well. Not only this, he was able to complete and send a full, detailed report (complete with helpful images and information about the nuances of the property) which I was immediately able to use to negotiate repairs for prior to possession.

What's more, he and the rest of the company had been very flexible with my own busy schedule and changes in contract terms, and patiently booking and re-booking inspection dates several times as things came up.

All in all I am incredibly pleased with Inspection Works, and will almost certainly be working with them in the future for my home inspection needs. - Reggie
