TLDR; I would highly recommend Mitch Waldon; he knows his stuff, he is very thorough, he goes above and beyond. This is my first time buying a house so a lot of this is new to me but Mitch walked me through the whole house not just pointing out any issues but also telling me what might need maintenance in the future and how to do it, what could be upgraded with suggestions on how. He caught that the 60A main breaker in the house might give me trouble with insurance (which it absolutely has) when everyone else seemed to not think it an issue. He even suggested an insurance company that would help and an electrical inspector when my insurance company required one. He noticed that the gas line for the hot water heater was a flexible hose which is not up to code, which my realtor (who is also a home repair contractor) did not know. - Nathan

David and Dennis were fantastic. They looked at everything and presented in a way that was clear on safety issues to areas that needed to be monitored. The report was great and we understood exactly where we are with the house so we don’t have future surprises. - Michael

Both inspectors, Dave and Doug were great to work with. They were both courteous and professional during the whole inspection. We were able to ask questions while they were doing the inspection and they were more than happy to answer them. As first time buyers having a better understanding of things to watch for was incredibly important. They explained everything to a level that we both knew.

We included the sewer cam in our inspection and it was a great choice. Looking at purchasing an older home meant that it could have an older sewer line.

The final report was delivered same day so we could make our decisions in a timely manner. Their report is incredibly detailed and the built in repair list generator is handy for organizing updates/upgrades.

If we have to go through this process again, we will be going with Inspection Works again. - Cassandra
