We recently purchased a home and had a fantastic experience with Inspection Works. Mitch and David were extremely thorough in their inspection and were excellent at explaining everything to us in terms we, as first time home buyers, could understand.

After the inspection we received an extremely thorough report detailing all of their findings. This report categorized their comments into things we should monitor/require routine maintenance, recommendations for repairs, and things requiring immediate attention. I found this extremely helpful. It made the transition into our new home far less overwhelming because it helped us prioritize. Beyond that, their online report is paired with a repair request builder that allowed us to take their findings and make to do lists for ourselves as well as draft requests to professionals.
