Inspection was scheduled for 9am, Mitch Waldon was already on the site with his crew. Inspectors Christian Starr - Horse and Kacy. They check the house so very thoroughly and they were answering all of our questions that we had at the time. After two and a half hours, we had a walk through and each of them presented their own part of instruction and solutions to the problems.
Also they have attached to the report (that consists a lots of information as well pictures and points that need attention) extensive network of professionals that they can refer us to them, if we choose that we need them for any kinds of services.

Inspection Works were recommended to us by our realtor who has a good relationship with them.
We had great conversations about the house, they were very friendly and helpful and Mitch assured us that we can reach out to them if we need any further assistance from them regarding the inspection report

I have recently purchased a home which is a significant financial decision. Having a Home Inspector you can trust is so critical in putting your mind at ease through the decision making process. Throughout the entire process with Mitch, I knew that I was in good hands. It started with his online booking process. After my realtor booked the inspection for me, I received an email confirming the time and date the inspection would occur as well an outline of the process. I was then able to log into an agreement that outlined the full services that would offered as well as the cost. Through a simple click I was able to confirm my acknowledgement of the agreement. The day of the inspection, when I arrived at the house, Mitch had essentially completed the exterior and roof inspection. He invited us to follow along with him if we chose or to ask questions at any time in the process. He was there for over 3 hours and before leaving gave us a walk through explaining what he had discovered both in areas of concern and those where he was thoroughly impressed with the workmanship. Less than 24 hours later we had a full report with images, details and recommendations on the future care of the home. It is a document to which I know we will refer in the future while maintenance planning for our new home. I would recommend Mitch without hesitation if you’re buying a home.
